- similar sense of humour
- clever/intelligent
- someone emotionally/mentally/physically available
- cute/attractive
- funny/honest
- similar interests/hobbies
- optimistic/motivational
- kind/fair
- sweet/loving
- similar moral values
- someone that challenges me
- someone that really knows me
- trustworthy/respectful
- enjoys sex
- confident/wise
- Equal amount of love given and received
- someone that knows/loves themselves
- someone that has a good hold on sanity/reality

And just say no to settling! Everyone should make a list, it makes things seem more tangible.
